These terms apply to all players accessing 33bf from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the 33bf platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

5. Prohibited Conduct

8. Limitation of Liability

• 33bf is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if 33bf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 33bf is not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside its direct control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Where 33bf is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to a player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes 33bf's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to self-exclusion, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
